What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a passionate Leadership Development Business Partner to design and deliver impactful leadership programs that empower our teams and strengthen capability across our organisation.
Reporting to the Senior L&D Business Partner, this role is ideal for someone who loves combining strategic thinking with hands‑on facilitation and coaching. You’ll create engaging learning experiences that build confidence, capability and future leaders within Explorers.
