The Opportunity

As Head of Finance, APAC , you'll be the financial backbone of our APAC operations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights, robust financial planning, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Finance Director, Europe and International , you'll lead a talented local finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future.

The Challenge

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the below duties including but not limited to :

• Lead strategic financial planning, scenario modelling, and capital allocation across APAC.
• Deliver insightful pricing, project, and investment analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using Hyperion and other Group systems.
• Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency across procurement and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit processes.
• Mentor and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
