- Duties
With two major commercial properties in Perth CBD, you will be responsible for :
- Maintenance and efficient operation all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste management
- Develop / implement policy and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment
- Manage and review service contracts, and oversee contractors
- Handle general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, petty cash, prepare operational and capital expenditure budget and manage cost control
- Proactively seek ways to reduce utility consumption and improve plant optimization in line with the company's Energy Conservation Program and Sustainability Management
- Liaise with local authorities regarding legal permits and required licences
- Specific requirements
To be considered for this role you will have :
- 2+ years' experience managing an office / commercial asset successfully
- Demonstrated track record of improving efficiencies
- Strong technical capabilities, including HVAC
