We partner with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world. We are building a new partnerships function from the ground up, focusing on hyperscaler partner relationships with AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud.
How You'll Create Impact
- Build our hyperscaler partnership strategy and the governance frameworks, QBRs, dashboards and playbooks that work at scale.
- Drive revenue through partnerships by spotting and shaping co‑sell opportunities and building business cases that demonstrate real ROI.
- Maintain partner portal profiles and certification roadmaps across all three hyperscalers, ensuring we can unlock incentives, co‑sell programs and marketing funds.
- Grow internal capability by partnering with technical teams to deliver hyperscaler certifications, closing skills gaps and clarifying what's possible through partnerships.
Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team
Builder Mentality – creating structure where there is none, hands‑on, comfortable in ambiguity, building business cases for the C‑suite or updating certification trackers.Partnership Fluency – deep knowledge of hyperscaler partner programs, certification mechanics, co‑sell mechanics and marketplace operations, staying ahead of changes.Commercial Mindset – connecting partnership activity to business outcomes, building economic models that demonstrate ROI and obtaining buy‑in from sales, marketing, engineering and leadership.Required Experience And Capabilities
5+ years in partnership or alliance roles working with AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud (either at a hyperscaler or partner organisation).Deep understanding of partner program mechanics and ability to work the system effectively.Strong commercial skills – build business cases and economic models demonstrating clear ROI.Excellent at managing stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Technology or related field (postgraduate qualification is a plus).Comfortable operating without a clear roadmap and building processes from scratch.Track record of building or significantly growing a partnerships function.What Could Your Quantium Experience Look Like
