We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Digital team, reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing. The role will be assigned to support the delivery of digital marketing across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels for some of our biggest fashion brands.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Liaising with Brand Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and promotional activity.
- Liaising with creative team to have optimal assets for campaigns.
- Campaign Operations – executing advertising campaign across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels. Campaigns must be deployed on time and aligned to budgets.
- Reporting and data analysis to ensure campaigns meet or surpass key objectives and spend is optimised.
- Provide insights as requested by brands / ecommerce to assist in understanding customer segments, campaign effectiveness and inform future activity.
- Work with multiple stakeholders in a shared-service environment.
- Balance priorities across 6 brands with very varying budgets and goals.
- Stakeholder expectation management.
- Work closely with other members of the digital marketing team to share learnings and opportunities.
