External Sales Consultant

Overview

Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. This is a rare opportunity to join our high performing Sales team as an External Sales Consultant, where success will come easy as you capitalize on selling our quality services and products. You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven their success year after year. As this role is on the road and work from home, your ability to manage your time and coordinate a busy diary will be essential. So too will be how well you build rapport with clients and help them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out in home inspections
• Formulating pricing and proposals that best suit the client
• Promote full suite of services to ensure our clients’ needs are met
• Assist with any service issues ensuring effective and timely solutions
• Promote customer feedback as we strive to always improve
• Maintain exemplary customer service throughout

About You

Ideally you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual. This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their own homes.
