Insurance Service Specialist

PictureWealth is a fast‑growing FinTech that blends human expertise with innovative technology to help Australians achieve their financial future. Our mission is More Advice to More Lives . We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive individual to join our Client Services team and deliver exceptional service to clients and advisers.

  • Full‑time | Monday – Friday | 38 hours per week
  • Location : Brisbane or Broadbeach office – a five‑minute walk from Brisbane Central train station or Broadbeach North tram station

Your mission

  • Manage insurance applications, underwriting, policy changes, and premium issues.
  • Liaise with insurers to submit accurate documentation and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Ensure clients have continuous coverage and understand their policy details.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients and planners on insurance matters.
  • Maintain compliant, up‑to‑date records and stay on top of industry changes.
  • Act as the go‑to for all insurance queries via email and CRM.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant qualifications in financial services or insurance (e.g. RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning).
  • Experience in insurance underwriting, policy management, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and compliance.
  • Confident using CRM systems and insurance platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Sharp attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship‑building with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced role.
  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
