The Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Specialist to support critical government agencies, including High‑Side environments. This role is pivotal in enabling technical assessments and continuous security evaluations across sensitive systems.

As a Security Specialist, you will simulate adversary trade‑craft, identify vulnerabilities in enterprise technologies, and assess the effectiveness of security controls. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to uplift cyber resilience and contribute to national security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical assessments of High‑Side and other critical environments.
• Evaluate Australian Government entities against the Information Security Manual (ISM).
• Simulate adversary trade‑craft including privilege escalation and lateral movement.
• Identify weaknesses in Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Assess vulnerabilities in web applications and APIs (OWASP Top 10).
• Develop and automate custom security tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve detection and prevention capabilities.
