DDG Skincare, a trendy cosmetics brand, is currently launching new products in Australia. It has been at the forefront of the personal care and beauty movement, developing innovative natural formulations to enable consumers to live in a cleaner and balanced way. Millions of DDG skincare products have been sold in the Asia, US, and Canada markets.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled brand manager to lead the omnichannel marketing for this new brand. If you thrive in an agile and fast‑paced retail environment, have a track record of driving measurable results, and excel in leveraging data for strategic decision‑making in the beauty and health sector, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a performance media campaign strategy to increase sales and customer engagement (including social, SEM, email and affiliates).
- Be a social media subject matter expert, regularly liaising with social media channels, influencers, and the industry, staying abreast of new trends and best practices.
- Lead and execute ongoing marketplace and website optimisations to increase conversion and revenue, and improve brand awareness through content, design, user experience (UX), and customer journey enhancements.
- Build and optimise email marketing automation workflows and content according to the promotional calendars.
- Manage SEO strategy with external agencies, driving organic search results and supporting in executing technical and content SEO requirements.
- Collaborate with our Product Supply Chain team to ensure web content quality and product availability are well‑maintained.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years’ digital marketing experience, preferably in Beauty, Retail or FMCG with a proven record of achievement.Comprehensive experience of the eCommerce landscape, including online store and marketplaces, site merchandising, social media, email marketing, and SEO.Data‑driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and driving profitable, sustainable growth for an online business.Excellent copywriting skills and ability to help generate creative, innovative and world‑class commercial content.Strong implementation skills, delivering projects from concept to completion.Passion for demonstrating results to increase web traffic, AOV and conversion.Strong stakeholder management skills as well as a customer‑centric approach.Proactive, self‑motivated with a result‑driven focus.Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and the natural beauty industry.Strong understanding of digital & social marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and paid media.What's on Offer
