We are seeking enthusiastic and clinically experienced nurses who are passionate about patient care to join our professional Emergency team. We offer state of the art equipment in world class facilities, utilising EMR (electronic medical records) and MEDCHART (medication management / administration) systems. We are inclusive with diverse and friendly teams, with options for flexible shifts so you can achieve the balance you desire.

Our Emergency Department (ED) provides 24 / 7 care to residents and visitors of the Northern Beaches community. The unit comprises 50 beds and treatment spaces, with a large ground floor area divided into zones including Paediatrics, 24 hour Short stay, Adult acute assessment, Resuscitation, and Mental health assessment.

About Northern Beaches Hospital

Northern Beaches Hospital provides world-class, Level 5 delineation services for both public and private patients. The hospital features 486 beds, a 50-bed Emergency Department, a 20-bed general and cardiothoracic ICU, 14 theatres including cardiac catheter labs, an education centre, doctors lounge and staff facilities. The hospital offers opportunities to gain unique experience in a growing teaching environment and is home to leading clinical specialists and a training ground for clinicians of the future.
