Stirling is seeking passionate and experienced casual trainers to join our team to facilitate thetraining and carry out work placement visits in Melbourne for the following courses : Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance - North Melbourne and Southeast MelbourneDiploma in Mental Health - Southwest MelbourneThe opportunityDeliver and administer accredited training to participants as part of the training deliveryMentor and support course participants to develop skills identified to meet their needsMeet all student administration / records and compliance deliverablesConduct Work Placement visits for each student at least twice while they are on their compulsory placementLiaising with the Work Placement Team to arrange dates and times for site visits and then carry out observations of each student in their respective workplacesCollecting and assessing completed Student Workplace LogbooksWork with training team and the wider business to ensure quality of customer service progression and complianceAbout youCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or Diploma in Mental Health (depending on which course you are delivering)Significant work experience in Health or related industryPassion to train and motivate othersAbility to deliver dynamic engaging training both online and face to faceExcellent time management and communication skillsExcellent computer / email / Zoom / internet skillsDrivers license and own reliable transportWorking with Children Check and ability to complete a police checkAny other associated qualifications would be highly regardedDiversity and InclusionWe are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company.At MAX, we value diversity - in the backgrounds, ideas, work styles and perspectives of our team.We strongly encourage people with disability, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, mature aged workers and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply.We adhere to the National Principles for Child Safety and require all team members to be committed to child safety and well-being.
