If so, we’re looking for Career Coaches to join our team in the North Metro Perth Region. Locations include Joondalup, Clarkson, Midland, Morley, Wanneroo, Yanchep, Girrawheen, Kingsley, Beechboro, and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for warm, driven, and empathetic Career Coaches to support participants on their journey to meaningful, long-term employment.
Your Role as a Career Coach
The Career Coach plays a pivotal role in delivering the Inclusive Employment Australia Program, focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability, injury, or health conditions. This role mentors participants to overcome personal and systemic barriers by developing tailored, individualised plans and fostering a work-ready mindset :

We’re seeking someone who is :
Previous experience in employment services, case management, or community services is highly regarded — but not essential if you have the right attitude and transferable skills.
