If so, we’re looking for Career Coaches to join our team in the North Metro Perth Region. Locations include Joondalup, Clarkson, Midland, Morley, Wanneroo, Yanchep, Girrawheen, Kingsley, Beechboro, and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for warm, driven, and empathetic Career Coaches to support participants on their journey to meaningful, long-term employment.

Your Role as a Career Coach

The Career Coach plays a pivotal role in delivering the Inclusive Employment Australia Program, focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability, injury, or health conditions. This role mentors participants to overcome personal and systemic barriers by developing tailored, individualised plans and fostering a work-ready mindset :

• Place each participant’s needs, strengths, and employment aspirations at the centre of all planning and service delivery.
• Manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised mentoring, support, guidance, and direction to help them achieve employment goals.
• Deliver coaching and support that ensures a consistent, participant-centred approach.
• Build rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans that reflect goals, strengths, and identified support needs.
• Collaborate with Employer Specialists to engage inclusive employers and identify tailored employment opportunities.
• Develop sustainable employment outcomes and long-term career pathways through strong employer partnerships.
• Support employers to implement inclusive practices and reasonable adjustments, fostering inclusive, disability-confident workplaces.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is :

Previous experience in employment services, case management, or community services is highly regarded — but not essential if you have the right attitude and transferable skills.
