The Role

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our amazing team on a casual basis. You’ll be providing person‑centred support and helping our participants live life to the fullest.

About You

We’re more interested in the right attitude than a long resume! If you’re kind‑hearted, reliable, and genuinely care about others, you’re already off to a great start.

What you will bring to UDC

• Experience supporting people with complex behaviours and have worked with mental health clients.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community access if needed.
