Your Role as a Recruiter : Recruit for Blue Collar Mining appointments Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives. Conduct market mapping and source potential leads to drive new business Develop lasting client and candidate relationships, supported by Stellar's extensive network. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-energy team where your efforts are truly valued and rewarded. What We're Looking For : Minimum 5+ year experience in agency / internal recruitment , experience in recruiting Mining Blue Collar roles such as Production / Maintenance and Managing end-to-end processes for both clients and candidates. A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial You stay focused, proactive, and driven, even when priorities shift. You're eager to learn, develop professionally, and seize new opportunities within a high-performing team.
