With onsite amenities including a medical centre, allied health services, gym, physiotherapy, dietetics, podiatry, a resident’s sports bar and café, and a virtual reality cinema, Clifton Views is truly a unique place to live and work.

We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead our dedicated care teams in delivering exceptional, person‑centred care.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee clinical operations
• Lead, mentor and develop care teams
• Manage clinical education and staff competency
• Support staff in quality assessments, care planning and reviews
• Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive culture
• Provide compassionate support to residents, families, and staff
