Join our thriving Contact Centre located in a purpose-built, light-filled office space on the Central Coast. With free onsite parking, easy access to public transport, and a spacious breakout area, our office is designed to support collaboration, wellbeing, and professional growth.
About the Position
As a Contact Centre team member, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities will include :
- Booking patients into a wide range of imaging procedures
- Advising patients on pre-appointment preparation
- Accurately entering patient and referrer information across systems
- Processing billing and liaising with referring doctors and technical teams
We provide extensive initial and ongoing training to set you up for success. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help foster a positive team culture.
