We are looking for a dedicated female support worker SOR (Rockingham area) to provide supports to a participant with psycho-social disability. Support worker must have the following experience :
- Managing participants with Personality Disorders
- Good communication skills-Experience in supporting participants with young kids. Job Description :
- In-home care supports-Community Participation-Support participants to attend booked appointments-Medication monitoring. Shifts days : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Shift times : 0930-1230pm & 1500-1800hrs.
