Overview

We are currently hiring for the position of Production Support. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our clients' production systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor and provide support for production systems, ensuring system availability and performance.
Investigate and resolve production incidents and issues in a timely manner.
Perform system and application troubleshooting, including log analysis and debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for production systems and processes.

Requirements

Prior experience in production support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux environments.

Experience with scripting languages such as Shell or Python.

Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.

Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.

Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
