We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Driveline Services in Perth, WA. This full-time role will be responsible for generating new strategic business relationships and nurturing existing relationships to drive sales growth across our range of industry-leading and specialist driveshaft and powertrain products and services.

What you'll be doingProactively identifying and qualifying new sales leads within your designated territoryDeveloping and executing effective sales strategies to attract new businessBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clientsProviding excellent customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfactionCollaborating with the wider sales team to develop and implement strategyAccurately forecasting and reporting on sales activity and pipelineEnsuring all sales administration and compliance requirements are metWhat we're looking forProven track record in new business development, ideally within the automotive or mining industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationshipsExcellent negotiation and sales closing skillsProactive and target-driven with a demonstrable history of achieving sales goalsProficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting toolsFlexible and adaptable with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamValid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Western Australia as requiredWhat we offerAt Driveline Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
