Alacrity Health is a registered NDIS Psychosocial Support Service. The NDIS aims to provide people with choice and control over how, when and where those supports are provided. As such the ideal applicants have a good understanding of NDIS and administrative process' related to implementing services.
Core dutiesEngage participants and providers and develop trusting and professional relationships with them.Liaising with staff, leadership team and relevant stakeholders, including developing relationships with support workers to best help the team match participants with the perfect support workerRostering and ensuring rosters are accurately entered fortnightly for payrollEnsuring invoices are automated weekly, and checking off / responding to invoice enquiries as necessary.Quality audits including ensuring service agreements are accurate and completeUndertaking administrative tasks related to delivery of NDIS supports as required.Support the ongoing development of Alacrity Health's NDIS services and leadership team, including creatively growing our goals e.g. accessibility to LGBTQIA+ and multicultural groups, which may involve workshopping accessibility and creating social events internally and externally for the communityExecutive administration assistance as required.What will you bring to the role?Previous administration-related experience at least two years.Ideally experience working within NDIS or community sector and a good understanding of psychosocial disability.A clear ability to work within and to develop strong collaborative relationships.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSignificant computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to learning systemsEfficient time management skills and ability to work autonomously.A commitment to participants' rights and to their active participation in planning their serviceValues that fit Alacrity Health's passion for creating an equal and open team culture, and more widely, society, without stigma or judgment.An NDIS Worker screening check as required to work in the NDISCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent Australian Drivers licenceAn ability to work autonomously, including the ability to work from homeHow to apply?Hayden Heatherington
