Job descriptionJob Tasks / Responsibilities Attain production and budget goals. Create, track KPIs for maintenance staff. Develop and keep competencies for efficient service. Supervise maintenance planning, meet statutory needs. Ensure Planning systems uphold safety and compliance. Follow OBM guidelines for career and performance reviews. Foster maintenance improvement for cost-effective plant reliability. Maintain processing plant, camp, OBM owner fleet (LV), and loader maintenance. Share crucial feedback with management on safety, environment, and projects impacting priorities. Relevant trade qualification Skilled in reporting, cost control, and team leadership. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, Pronto. Holds valid "C" Class WA Driver's License or equivalent. Proven experience in proactive maintenance strategies. Strong maintenance software knowledge, preferably Pronto. 5-10+ years in fixed plant maintenance and mineral processing. Capability in interpreting drawings and mechanical data analysis. High-level technical troubleshooting across maintenance disciplines. Proficiency in asset reliability, maintenance optimization, and Pronto planning. What's On Offer?
