Digital Content Coordinator
Epson is in search of a savvy and enthusiastic Digital Content Coordinator who can provide a strategic marketing approach focused on creating, publishing, and distributing content on all our digital channels. Join our Digital Marketing team, and prepare content to attract attention, generate leads, and expand our customer base to increase online sales.
Some of the key duties performed will include :
- Write, edit and proof‑read content, short‑form and long‑form, that aligns with the Epson brand voice, audience needs and campaign objectives (for email, social, web, blogs, landing pages, influencers, UGC, etc).
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders (product, brand, content agency) to gather product information and translate it into customer‑focused content.
- Select, brief and manage content‑agency or influencer / UGC outreach and partnerships, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule and budget requirements.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing initiatives : identify, brief and manage influencers / UGC content creators. Coordinate and finalize usage rights and track performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on key content metrics.
- Conceptualise, shoot, edit and publish short‑form video content (for social, Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts) that aligns with brand narrative and drives engagement.
- Act as primary liaison with external agencies and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on track, provide feedback and ensure alignment with brand and objective.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, preparing, and executing EDMs within Salesforce Pardot (Account Engagement), including copywriting, building email templates, scheduling and deployment.
- Assist with the setup and optimisation of Pardot Engagement Studio flows, ensuring customers and prospects move through optimised nurture journeys based on scoring and behavioural triggers.
Our ideal candidate will be :
Proven experience (typically 2‑4 years) in digital content creation, social media management, email marketing or similar.Creative thinker with strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different product categories and channels / audiences.Hands‑on experience with EDM tools / marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot).Basic experience in editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro.Experience managing external agencies or freelance content creators.Proficiency with social media platforms, understanding of their publishing workflows and metrics.Proven experience with short‑form video production (shooting and editing) or strong interest to build it.Solid organisational skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns, calendars and deadlines.Data‑driven mindset with comfort interpreting analytics and applying actionable insights.Familiarity with basic CMS, basic SEO, keyword messaging and digital best practices.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, English Literature, Digital Media or related field.This role would suit someone who wants to work for a well‑known brand, has a passion for technology, loves and is up for a challenge with a friendly attitude, and has a creative mind.
