Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team focused on electrical asset maintenance of Council's Water and Sewer assets.
• Enhance service delivery and optimise asset management strategies.
• Utilise project management skills to oversee renewal and refurbishment projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Provide leadership in the maintenance of High Voltage and Low Voltage assets, resolve operational issues, and carry out asset renewal projects across Councils Water & Sewer assets.

About The Role

The role is pivotal in managing a team of electrical professionals, focusing on maintenance improvements, HV assets, and long-term asset renewal across Councils Water & Sewer portfolio. You will report to the Section Manager Maintenance Services and align with strategic, operational, and organisational objectives to achieve customer, economic, and environmental outcomes. This position emphasizes quality customer service and community value.
