Your new role
The Integrated Family Services Program supports families who are experiencing high levels of stress and difficulties that impact on parenting, family life and children’s well being. Responding to referrals from The Orange Door, the program provides assertive outreach and home‑based supports.
As a Family Services Senior Practitioner, you will support the Team Leader in managing workflows and provide guidance and mentoring support to Practitioners within the team. The role will carry a caseload and provide intensive case management support to families who present with a higher level of complexity. Working collaboratively with Child Protection and other agencies, the Senior Practitioner will support families to enhance parenting capacity, family functioning and promote child safety.
