The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our ever‑growing team based in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs – Somerton. In this role you will lead a team of production workers through a variety of tasks throughout the caravan assembly process to our standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Managing workflows, staff attendances and effective outputs.
• Following standard operating procedures and achieving cycle times.
• Always following Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborating with other team leaders and communicating effectively to ensure operational efficiency and productivity, particularly regarding escalation matters that may create risk or quality issues.
• Monitoring teamwork with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise our risk exposure and liabilities.
• Ability to use hand and power tools to complete caravan assembly and accessory fit‑off.
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for the entire shift.
