What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Motivate – Support the Restaurant Manager to inspire, coach, and empower a high-performing team.Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth and efficient shift operations across all areas of the restaurant.Guest Experience – Deliver consistently high standards, creating memorable experiences for every guest.Performance Focused – Achieve operational and financial targets while fostering team success.People Development – Mentor and develop team members, supporting them to build skills and grow within the business.Safety & Compliance – Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards with precision.What We’re Looking For
