Our Property Management team is central to upholding this reputation, ensuring our residents and investors receive an exceptional level of service. To support our growing portfolio, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our dedicated team.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to manage a premium portfolio of residential properties, primarily consisting of tidy, unfurnished apartments. You''ll be a key advisor to our clients, focused on building strong relationships, providing solutions, and maximising rental returns. With the backing of a supportive manager and the latest systems, you''ll have everything you need to succeed and grow your career with us.

What you’ll do

• Manage a diverse portfolio , carrying out the day-to-day operations of residential properties within the Frasers Property portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and owners through excellent communication and outstanding customer service.
• Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including creating attractive online advertising, conducting viewings, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Handle all property management tasks , including daily rent arrears management, coordinating routine inspections, and resolving tenant maintenance requests.
• Provide expert advice to clients by reviewing rents, completing market appraisals, and offering professional solutions to mitigate loss and manage outgoings.
