Locations : Southport, Gold Coast QLD or Cremorne, Melbourne VIC

Salary : $80,000–$90,000 + super (potentially up to $100,000 for highly experienced candidates)

• You will be responsible for keeping external Property Managers accountable on behalf of our clients. Essentially, managing Property Managers, not properties.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume portfolio of client properties post-handover, focusing on compliance, detail, and process excellence. You’ll review management agreements and leases for legal accuracy, ensure landlord insurance, lease renewals, and rent reviews are up to date, monitor warranties and maintenance, and check routine inspection reports.
