Now Hiring : Commercial Construction Superintendent – Charlotte, NC

We’re partnered with a leading general contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to manage large-scale, ground-up commercial projects in the Charlotte area.

This high-impact role offers the chance to lead complex builds in sectors such as education, healthcare, higher education, and government , with budgets starting at $15M+. The company is known for long-term stability, a strong local project pipeline, and a track record of delivering exceptional quality across the Carolinas.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven success overseeing ground-up projects $15M+
• Experience in education, healthcare, higher education, and government work
• Skilled in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily field operations
• Strong grasp of safety, quality control, and sequencing
• Leadership ability to drive field teams and resolve on-site challenges
