Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Manager to join their busy team in Welshpool. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who can manage day‑to‑day operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse and dispatch processes.

Lead and manage warehouse staff
Schedule tasks and meet dispatch deadlines
Oversee inventory, stock control, and audits
Maintain production quality and compliance
Drive process improvements and report on performance

Qualifications

Experience in high‑volume warehouse management

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Proficient with warehouse systems and inventory control

Attention to detail and safety‑focused

Forklift ticket advantageous

Clear communication skills
