We are looking for people-focused individuals to join our close-knit team as Personal Care Assistants at our boutique retirement village situated 500m from beautiful Mona Vale Beach, on a casual or part time basis of up to 15 hours per week across 2-3 shifts.

About the role

Seabeach Gardens provides support to our residents from 7am to 8 : 30pm, 7 days a week. We currently have confirmed shifts available in the mornings on Friday and Sunday (7am-1 : 30pm), as well as additional day shifts and evening shifts available on request (5 : 00-8 : 30pm), with the opportunity to undertake additional shifts to cover any leave for other team members, and cover the Christmas holiday period.

Our Personal Care Assistants provide care to our residents within the Village and in the Community when required, supporting their independence, and improving their quality of life.
