Key Responsibilities
New partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring smooth integration and strong early performance.Collaboration with internal functions (finance, legal, compliance, risk, marketing) to optimise partner touch points.Partner relationship management for 12 months, delivering against business case through optimisation, campaign delivery, day‑to‑day HO relationship management and QBRs.Growth in long tail partners through re‑engagement, optimisation and revitalisation of partnership.Identify mid‑market interest‑free partnership opportunities ($2‑$10M).Support HO growth & new partnership on end‑to‑end sales cycle for enterprise interest‑free partnership opportunities.Qualifications & Experience
5+ years in partnerships, B2B commercial roles, sales management in financial services or retail.Demonstrated success growing partner portfolios and identifying scalable commercial opportunities.Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and key corporate clients.Experience acquiring new business and partnering with mid‑market & large enterprise partners.Critical thinking and project management skills, managing multiple stakeholders across 2 business’.Team player, agile and adaptable in collaborative team environment.AI‑native workflow using tools to map markets, prepare presentations and automate admin.Legal & EEO Statement
