Job descriptionTHE ROLE KEY DUTIES Engage with the leadership team to design and develop production objectives and understand business, technology and electronic engineering objectives Responsible for Budgeting & Cost Management Plan, Develop and Implement production workflows to meet technical specifications and delivery deadlines Analyse and monitor production to resolution and problem management Lead and evaluate production performance and individual team members to ensure quality control and deliverables Resource and Workforce Management, Purchasing Responsible for all safe work practices and quality standards Daily & weekly reporting as required by the business and leadership ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Min 1-2 years of professional experience in technical production management / planning / scheduling ideally in the Electronics, Technology, Engineering work-shop environment and domain Solid knowledge of production management and related processes Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Work Health & Safety Budget analysis and costings Production analysis and reporting Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly analytical Target & Results driven but while maintaining quality and purpose Excellent organizational and leadership skills Industry and role-related qualifications Experience with MS Project or similar software DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Knowledge or passion for Marine Electronics and associated technologies Experience and exposure to local, national or international Shipping, Marine is highly desirable
