• How will I help?
• We have an exciting opportunity for Operations Manager role to be part of CTBO extended leadership team, this role is key to powering the delivery of excellent service to our customers and meeting our compliance obligations. This role will report to Executive Manager.
• You will be responsible for supporting the Executive Manager on the successful end-to-end delivery of the EBO business.
• You will have a proven track record in building and leading high performing teams.
• Key to your success will be the ability to drive a balanced scorecard delivering great customer outcomes, continually challenging and improving processes, strategic transformation, managing risk and meeting financial commitments
