We're looking for dynamic individuals with :
Deep understanding of Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).Demonstrated capability in applying, identifying, assessing and treating a range of personnel security risks.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing insider threats programs and risks.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively, both in writing and verbally.Certificate IV in Government Security (Vetting), Security Risk Analysis, or equivalent, is required.Diploma in Personnel Security (Vetting) is desirable.If you do not possess the relevant Diploma level qualification, we are dedicated to helping you grow in your role by offering learning and development opportunities to obtain the necessary qualifications.

Key dutiesSupervise, coach, and develop the Personnel Security (TS-PA) team.Develop and manage AUSTRAC's TS-PA insider threat program.Create and update personnel security procedures and documentation.Support external audits and assurance processes in relation to TS-PA.Conduct ongoing suitability checks for AUSTRAC personnel.Liaise with the TS-PA Authority on security clearance mattersProvide advice and guidance to the broader team on personnel security activities and issues.Assist in ensuring AUSTRAC's compliance with Commonwealth personnel security related legislation and policies.Provide specialised advice on personnel security incidents and prepare complex reports.Contact Tiffany Walmsley 02 9950 0843To be eligible for this role youMust be an Australian citizen at the time you apply.Will need to undertake AUSTRAC's pre-engagement checks.Will need to obtain and maintain an ongoing, minimum Negative Vetting 2 security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS-PA Security Clearance in future.Further DetailsThe merit pools established from this recruitment process will be valid for 18 months from the date of advertising.
