We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Territory Manager to join one of Australia's leading and fastest-growing Health & Beauty distributors. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive team and work alongside industry leaders who are shaping the future of health and beauty retail.

Based on the Gold Coast, you'll take ownership of an established territory, covering both the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, with regional travel required each cycle.

We're seeking an experienced sales professional who is :

Energetic and self-motivated

Highly organised with strong planning skills

Skilled in managing and growing multi-brand portfolios

Experienced in the pharmacy channel

A fast learner with a strong aptitude for product knowledge

Your Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Plan, schedule, and execute call cycles and customer visits

Leverage data to effectively sell and communicate points of difference between our brands and competitors

Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

Understand and apply core principles of merchandising, planograms, and core ranging

Work autonomously while maintaining accountability to team goals

Key Criteria for Success Minimum 3 years' experience in the pharmacy industry (including independents and pharmacy buying groups)

Proven track record in achieving sales and budget targets

Strong understanding of sales cycles and compliance requirements

High level of customer service and satisfaction focus

Confident using IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills

A values-driven approach, demonstrating integrity, passion, and commitment
