Support Worker

We are a local based Home Care Provider across the Murrumbidgee looking for staff who want to make a difference to a persons life. • Requirements
• Preferred previous experience in the aged or disability care sector
• Must have own comprehensive insured vehicle
• Smart Phone
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to fulfil our standards and values when performing their tasks.
• Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
• Can work autonomously and as part of a small team.
• Tasks & responsibilities
• Assisting people to perform important daily activities
• Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks
• Performing home based tasks such as food preparation and housework
• Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping and taking client to appointments
• Reporting client changes in health and wellbeing
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends and overnights
• Willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (_upon employment if successful_)
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Drivers Licence
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
