Eden Ritchie is seeking a

• Change Manager
• to ensure a good outcome to Department's Corporate Services Organisational Changes.
• 3 month contract with possible extension
• Brisbane CBD location
• As the Change Manager, your key responsibilities will include
• Be hands-on in all aspects of the work.
• Assess work functions pre and post change, ensuring nothing is missed and bring the team along the journey.
• Develop a communications plan and generate various communication products appropriate to audience.
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to ensure nothing is missed, people are heard and all understand where we are headed to ensure we end up with a great outcome.
• Coach / mentor senior management on change.
• Provide other relevant assistance in this change journey.
