• Experience as a residential building supervisor, with a well-established trades network.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional on-site operations, resulting in high production, quality output, and satisfied clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential building industry and its requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and drive.
• Effective leadership and mentoring abilities, inspiring and guiding other supervisors.
• Enthusiastic and motivated, with the ability to drive results.
• A competitive salary package will be provided, along with a fully maintained vehicle & phone.

Pay : $90,000.00 - $1,200,002.00 per year
