Mobilisation Administrator

KingKira Group Pty Ltd is a 100% Aboriginal female owned business that provides integrated site support services. Our footprint extends throughout Western Australia into the Pilbara Region where we continually build relationships with local people, suppliers, and clients.

Our client is seeking an administrator to assist in the onboarding & mobilisation of their talent to there relevant project sites. This role is Full Time based in Canning Vale, soon to be based in Henderson.

• The role will consist of the following
• The coordination of onboarding documentation and site mobilisation requirements, including booking of medicals, PPE, travel etc.
• Develop productive working relationships with site managers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Relevant policies are communicated, and procedures implemented.
• Ensuring that agreed standards, formats and deliverable timeframes are maintained.

• Experience in high volume mobilisation of talent (Highly desirable).
• A strong customer service focus.
• High attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
