seeking a driven and energeticRecruitment and Mobilisation Specialist_to join our fast-growing West Coast team, working an 8 / 6 roster based in our busy Wembley office.Duties will Include, but are not limited to;Working closely with the operations team to ensure workforces scheduled onto jobs are compliant and processes are followedOrganising, updating qualifications, inductions and liaising with training providersMaintenance of internal and external systems to ensure they are kept up to dateSupporting the team with onboarding of new personnel, saving documentation, setting up profiles, sending out inductions, following up and uploading into portalsKeeping personnel files current, consistently checking for information needing updating and following up on out-of-date documentation required for workers job rolesSupporting the operations team with any recruitment requirementsProviding regular updates to internal teams regarding the mobilisation of new workers and teams deploying to jobsOrganising PPE stock and keeping track of it, office supplies, travel and accommodation as requiredBe solutions driven, consistently looking for ways to improve processes and proceduresLiaising with the Category 5 Superintendent / Supervisors and actioning any requests in a timely mannerActively promoting Category 5 service offerings to new and existing clients.Acts and communicates with integrity in all client dealings, ensuring that all promises made are delivered on schedule and meet client's expectationsTo be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the followingStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrevious mobilisation / recruitment experienceKnowledge of ERMS, CMS, SAP and INX systems preferredAn understanding of national units of competency / qualificationsUsed to working in fast paced work environmentsKnowledge of Rail Industry Worker (RIW) advantageousHave intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracyBe exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and priorities under pressureHave good interpersonal and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of the Rail industry advantageousWhat's on offerFun and energetic office environment with a fantastic company culture - we want you to enjoy coming to work - WE DO!Competitive salary on offer - negotiable based on experienceCareer progression opportunities - grow your career with us as we growWith our commitment to achieving a diverse workforce, we strongly encourage Female, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.
