Well-known lighting company is seeking an experienced Office All-rounder to join our small but busy team in Richlands.
You daily role will include :
- processing of customer purchase orders and invocies
- customer service (phone enquries and walk-in customers)
- documents filing
- order office supplies
- provide support to management team
- other general office admin duties
To be considered for this role, you require :
strong customer service skiils and excellent telpehone mannerexcellent organisational and communicatiuon skillsaccurate typing and data entry skillsexceptional spreadsheet and WORD skillsability to prioritise work and multi-taska good teamplayer and able to work unsupervised when requiredfluent in both English and Mandarina can-do attitudePrevious experience in a similar role is a MUST.
