We now work with over 21,000 practitioners around Australia, including GPs, Allied Health, Dental Practices, Specialists, and Optometrists.Role Purpose & ContextWe have ambitious goals to improve the healthcare experience for everyone in Australia with exceptional patient journeys, and we're looking for extraordinary individuals to help us get there.In the last decade, HotDoc has focused on becoming Australia's leading Patient Engagement solution, which helps over 5,000 General Practice medical centres improve their efficiency and deliver a better patient experience.In our next phase of growth, HotDoc is aiming to become Australia's leading Telehealth provider in which we help thousands of GPs and other providers deliver care more efficiently and enable the best possible patient experience.RoleHotDoc is looking to hire an empathetic Australian-based GP who loves new technology and is excited to be part of transforming how GPs deliver care, especially via Telehealth.
This is a part-time role of up to 2 days per week, which will help us to : Build out a community of engaged GPsOwn clinical governance and development of quality standardsTranslate valuable product feedback from a large pool of GPsKey AccountabilitiesEnsure that our policies and quality standards enable high quality patient experience and minimise the possible risk of clinical harm.
Be a custodian of patient trust and co-design frameworks for how the HotDoc platform securely communicates any clinical information.Build a GP community.Work closely with Customer Marketing and help us establish direct relationships with individual GPs in addition to our existing practice customers.
Develop a group of early adopters who will provide responsive product feedback, and ultimately become a large engaged community of HotDoc advocates.Help us develop an After Hours Telehealth service, which delivers high quality care and connects the patient back into their regular provider.
This responsibility will require managing the end-to-end GP experience for recruitment, onboarding and meeting quality standards.Be our Clinical Advisor.Be a trusted source of knowledge and wisdom for all decisions that may influence patient care and communication of clinical information.
