APS 4 Human Resource Officersmay be responsible for :Accurately completing allocated tasks, monitoring workflows and provide sound and timely advicePerforming research and analysis and using sound judgement to make recommendationsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and systems and contributing to new ideas / solutions.Supporting the management, delivery and monitoring of projectsProviding high quality client service to internal and external stakeholdersManaging a demanding workload with occasional guidanceReporting to a Senior HR Advisor or Assistant Director and working under limited direction,
APS 5 Human Resource Officersmay be responsible for :Being accountable for tasks, workflows and providing professional and timely advicePerforming research and analysis and using sound judgement to set precedents that comply with legislation and policies.Providing guidance and quality assurance to support junior colleagues and other team members achieve goalsIndependently managing a demanding workload with competing priorities and supporting junior team members to manage their workload.Contributing to the management, delivery and monitoring of projectsHow to ApplyApplicants are required to provide up to a one-page summary (no more than 500 words) that outlines skills, knowledge, and experience and why you should be considered for this vacancy.
