The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for supporting and delivering a range of client-focused human resource management services including learning and development, recruitment, probation, work health and safety and project work.
The Human Resource Coordinator facilitates the department's learning and development activities, drafts various documents and communications relevant to human resource matters, provides administrative support for the department's recruitment processes and is responsible for updating the section's online information. The occupant of this role also provides support to the Human Resource Management team to deliver efficient and client-focused services across the employee life cycle, including supporting the payroll function.
