Capability Specialist

Your role will be supporting a Professional Standards & Capability Project.

You will design, develop, deliver, and maintain content in service model and technical learning.

You will maintain and update existing learning materials and / or system or governance processes.

You will be responsible for training environments, materials, resources, and processes.

• Your duties and background
• You will work with team to design, development, review and sign off of deliverables
• You will liaise and engage with stakeholders regarding requirements
• You will design and develop new or existing content
• You will deliver and facilitate training and provide support and advice to teams
• You will work closely with others to customise deliverables / offerings to meet the needs of the audience
• You will utilise and adhere to company tools and processes through the LMS

Experience and qualities within

• Experience with designing & developing e-learning content - Articulate Storyline OR RISE
• Experience in designing, developing and delivering technical training
• Experience with stakeholder engagement
• Government and / or large complex organisations background
• Great communication skills
• Personable, a good team and cultural fit
• Cert IV TAE training and assessment desirable
• Experience working with an LMS - SuccessFactors, CENTRAL
• Experience in workers compensation learning
• Facilitation experience
• Experience with the design, development and delivery of systems training (Guidewire)
