Capability Manager
As a Capability Manager, you will drive capability development and maximize workforce performance by acting as the product owner for capability initiatives. Focusing on leadership and professional development initiatives, you will work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and employees to identify capability gaps, design customized solutions, and implement strategies to enhance individual and team capabilities.
You will lead capability development initiatives, collaborate with design partners to deliver effective outcomes, define key learning objectives for all programs, and work with stakeholders across the Consumer Division and the Enterprise.
Additionally, you will drive innovative and continuous improvement opportunities across learning solutions to ultimately improve employee effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive capability development and performance optimization.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders, functional teams, and employees to understand performance needs.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions to address performance gaps.
Partner with stakeholders to confirm success measures and deliver design solutions within agreed timeframes.
