Our client is a multi-divisional community service organisation experiencing rapid change. Reporting directly into the P&C Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of cultural and behavioural change programs and initiatives that build the capability and capacity of the organisation.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and progressive HR team with many exciting organisational projects that are set to ensure the success of the people and broader business goals. You will provide expert advice and strategic direction to senior leaders to help build capability including advice and direction on relocation.
To be successful you will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent. You will have extensive Organisational Change & Internal Communication experience with Team Leadership experience.
