Change Manager

Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Change Manager. Join our Government Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading organisational change initiatives that drive employee adoption minimise disruption and maximise the long-term benefits of strategic transformation projects. Reporting to General Manager Operational Transformation youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including :

• Lead the delivery of change management activities using a structured yet flexible approach including the creation and execution of change management plans to support key transformation initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communications tailoring messaging to various audiences and ensuring alignment and support for change across all levels of the organisation.
• Assess change impact and readiness identifying risks potential resistance and mitigation strategies to support smooth adoption and minimise disruption.
• Collaborate with project and HR teams to design and deliver training coaching and communication programs that support employee transition and capability building.
• Develop and track success metrics including establishing a benefits realisation framework to measure and sustain the long-term outcomes of the transformation.
