About the role :

Reporting to the Pricing & Sales Operations Manager, this hybrid role blends core business support tasks with light commercial analytics. You’ll maintain ERP data, generate weekly reports, coordinate sales files and bring data to life through dashboards and margin insights.

Your Key responsibilities include :

• Maintaining pricing, contract and customer master data in D365
• Preparing and distributing weekly sales, rebate and margin reports
• Assisting with tender submissions and pricing file updates
• Spotting margin leakage or anomalies using Excel tools
• Supporting continuous improvement and automation projects
• Covering core admin tasks when the Business Support Officer is away
